Out of the blue, with no changes to anything (iPad, Arlo, power), my iPad stopped recieving notifications. I just enabled it on new Xr and they work just fine.  I have read through all threads and tried all solutions with no luck.  Can someone give me options to try to get them back.  I would rather not have notifications enabled on my phone but only on iPad.  I do not want email notifications.

iPad iOS: 10.3.3

iPad Arlo: 2.7.6 (last compatible version)

Base Station: 1.12.0.1_27940

You don't say what you tried.... did you remove the app and reinstall?

I have removed the app twice and reinstalled.

restart > remove app > restart > reload > restart

tried changing all settings in notification

no rules

moved camera in and out of active

restarted base station

tried with just cellular and with just wi-fi and with both

checked do not disturb settings

changed each setting of Arlo app under settings on iOS

Hope that helps.

As far as I can tell, all permissions are allowed.

Hi @geolyte,

In order to use the Arlo app with its full functionality, you will need to run iOS 11.0 or higher on your iPad. You can read the minimum requirements here: What are the minimum requirements for installing and using my Arlo system?

why has it worked for the last couple years?  It just stopped for no reason?  I haven't been running 11.0 ever and now it stops.  That is not a good answer.  TG
