Arlo Pro - 1 of 3 cameras rapidly draining battery and not charing

I have three arlo pro cameras that I got this summer.  I recently had to charge the batteries for the first time since we installed the cameras.  They appeared to charge normally. However one camera's battery died super fast.  I got the 15% notice while the others remain at 96%.  We brought that camera in to charge and it will not charge.  The app shows an issue.  So we replaced the battery with our spare.  It's also rapidly discharging.  It would appear that this camera has an issue.  All three cameras have the same firmware version 1.092.0.24_985   Any ideas?

Arlo is replacing the camera
