I tried to change my email address from my on-line account profile but it would give me a message saying you already are using this email. How do you change email address?

It should show you the old email address and then prompt you to enter the new one twice. Assuming you're entering a different address twice, is it possible that you've previously created another account with that email address? Or are you somehow entering the same address as the one displayed at the top?
