Arlo - Motion detection not working on one camera

One of my cameras is not detecting motion or sending me alerts as a result.

Firstly make sure that it is online and that the batteries are not flat.

Secondly go into your settings and make sure that that camera is set to on.

Lastly check your mode and see that the motion is detected check box is checked.

ANd for good measure reset the camera by opening and closing the battery door if you have the original Arlo or removing and refitting the battery if you the later models.

Does the "running man" icon above the camera window in the Devices tab have a black or grey outline for this camera?

Me too, definitely a defect, all the other two work fine.

What color is the "running man" Icon in the camera widget for the camera having the issue?

 

Are you using the default "Armed" mode or a different Custom mode? Check the rules to be sure the camera is set to detect motion.
