I recently started using Arlo Pro with the app downloaded to my Android phone. I tried looking up the information and checked videos. I'm unable to find a way to delete all my recordings on a certain day. The help I did see said there was a "select all" button, but, I do not see it. The only tabs I have are: mode, device, and library. There is a filter icon and next to it are three dots with choices of settings and log out. I cannot find where I have a choice of notifications either. I have 5 cameras that all record and I am on the basic plan. Do I need to upgrade for more options?

The Select All is a selection available on the web interface. For the app, long press on one video and then select others. I would strongly discourage you from deleting any videos since too many folks have then wanted them back. Just let the system handle it as the days roll by.
