I got a package deal with three Arlo Pro cameras and they have been doing well for the past 2 years, but out of the 3 cam, one of them always needs frequent battery charging. It's like after it depleted to about 89%, it quickly discharged to nothing. When I plugged in adaptor, it says 1%. The package comes with an extra battery and I've also tried that, same problem. This actually happened several months ago. I wonder anyone got similar experience and suggestions for me. Thanks !

Hey richard888,
Have you tried removing the battery from the Arlo Pro camera and re-insert it again to see if it still happens?

Thanks for the reply.
Yes, I've removed and re-insert. It doesn't seems to matter.
What I think is the 4 gold contacts to the battery might not have a good contact. If I push the battery inwards, it seems to be better slightly. I'm still experiment things around.
