Has anyone else lost their connection to all of their cameras with the latest attic freeze? Temperature is hovering around 0 degrees Fahrenheit with a -30 degree windchill. Will they recover? Or are they now damaged?

The two I have running on battery power are offline. It's not the camera. It is the limitation of the battery. The ones using the power cord still work. Currently -2 at my location. When it warms up they will start working again. Search the knowledge base or the community posts. You should find more details about the temperature ranges of the camera and batteries.

All cameras listed at arlo.com have specs that include the operating temps. The low temp is -5F/-20C at which point the camera will disable itself for safety. There's some evidence that you'd have to test for yourself that using AC power helps overcome this limit by keeping the camera awake and, thus, generating heat.

BTW, wind chill doesn't matter since it doesn't change the ambient temp - it's just gives you an idea of how fast heat will be lost at the ambient temp.

Yes, I'm having the same issue with one of my Arlo Pro 2 camera's. The other seven 7 Arlo Pro 2  have been working normally. Would like to know why only one camera isn't working, considering they're all outside?

The spec of -5F/-20C is relative to the components in the camera. I think we've seen folks talk about maybe a +/-5 degree F variance.
