Can't login with 2FA code with new iPhone

I bought a new IPhone 14. Arlo app keeps saying it does not recognize my phone. So I go through logging in and it says it sends me a push notification number, which I don’t receive. So I can’t log in.

    If you have not set the new phone as the primary device to receive the 2fa request then it would still be sending the request to your old phone.

     

    You could try selecting another method to send a email request instead.
