Recently one of my four Arlo Pro cameras dropped offline and discharged to 0% very rapidly. When  I plugged the camera in to recharge it, it reconnected automatically. I charged it to 100% and placed it back in location. Within 2 hours it had gone offline again. Checking it again 8 hours later, the charge had dropped to 30%. This has repeated several times now.
Please note---
The problem is NOT with the battery ---- I have tested by swapping out different batteries ---- same result
The problem is NOT related to the distance of the camera from the base --- this camera is the closest of my 4 cameras to the base and show an excellent signal quality.
This camera has the latest firmware update (1.092.0.24_985)

Reboot the base and remove/resync the camera. If still the same, contact support using the link at the bottom here for a possible hardware problem.

Same problem after last update (1.092.0.24_985). Solution?

I make reset about camera and smarthub, but I didn’t fix.
