I recently had 2 out of my 4 Arlo Pro batteries go completely dead so that I could no longer get them to charge. I verified that I had the proper power adapter and USB cable. I tried charging the dead batteries using all 4 of my cameras and did the recommended pull and replace the battery every 10 minutes for 5 attempts with no luck.
SOLVED - I purchased an Arlo Charge Station and was able to revive both batteries in seconds. So if you have dead Arlo Pro batteries I would highly recommend borrowing an Arlo Charge Station and giving that a whirl before spending hours plugging and unplugging batteries in a camera.
