Hi I hope someone can help me.
Our internet was disconnected over night.
The router was reset and the wifi came back on.
I tried to log onto the app on my phone and the Alarm started sounding.
The app would not accept my password and so I changed the password.
I can log into the app and online but nothing is detected.
The only options are, devices, library and settings. Mode option is missing and there are no Alarm settings.
We tried to reset the base but it didnt stop the alarm from going off.
Have now unplugged the base and I am here asking for any help I can get.

I would start by rebooting your modem, router and base, in that order. That may be all that's required.
