I had to install new router and now my Arlo system does not recognize my username and password. The cameras are all off line. Do I have to reinstall the entire system all over again? Does that mean I have to re- sync the cameras? Thanks.

So I have an amber color, no color and a green color going from left to right.
The LEDS from Left to right are POWER-INTERNET-SYNCED CAM
The left most leds should ALWAYS be GREEN unless the base is rebooting...
So, unplug the power , wait a min or so and replug in the power
wait a min or so and see....
IF the Power led stays amber, then reset the base by holding in the reset button ( paperclip) in for about ten secs till the front leds all flash amber.
Let it reboot and the first led should go green, if it does, continue procedure of cameras sync
IF the power LED stays AMBER, contact Netgear Support as it may be a hardware problem

The new router you installed should not make any difference on the Arlo Pro base functioning.
What are the front LEDs on the base showing ?
As to those second questions, Maybe , maybe not

So good news. I rebooted as you said and got all green LEDs. I was able to log into the app and see all the cameras. Thanks for your help.

Quite welcome...good to hear its working... Sometimes if you don't power down properly when moving, it can glitch like that.
