Allowing a user to turn on/off cameras

I want to alow an authorized user to turn On/Off the cameras from his / her phone. How can I do it?

Login , go to settings, grant access, enter the email address of the family member and click on the sliderto allow access rights.

As mentioned, Settings> GRANT ACCESS

But what I really think you mean is ARM /DISARM cameras.

In Settings, there is an OFF/ ON toggle, this is intended more for a privacy feature IF you do share the cameras... IIRR, only the primary owner can toggle this on/off ( so others you share with cant peep if you really don't want them to )
