Please help - my basestation has stopped putting out a wifi signal, so my Pro camera's are not connecting (it used to be netgear 39) - when i reboot it appears and then disapears - my Q cameras are all fine.

The 3rd LED goes out as well.

i have rebooted many times and tried to resync a camera (will not sync)

I have rebooted all other associated network equipment - no joy

It might be worth a system rest by removing all devices (not Qs) from Settings, My Devices and starting fresh. I suspect you have a bad base but first things first.

Thank you for replying.

I did that last night and things were looking better with the netgear wifi network holding up - then the same behavoiur started again.

i removed everything from my account, hard reset the basestation and then started again.

added 1 arlo pro and the q's - lost the wifi and the pro.

once it does it you cannot sync any new (or existing camera's) to the base as its not putting out a wifi signal

very frustrating
