App thumbnail is not updating for 1 camera

I have the Arlo Pro wireless cameras. The real issue is with the app, I believe. My wife doesn’t have the same issue with and identical setup. Essentially, the app doesn’t display a “snapshot” of the most recent live video or any recorded movement on the “devices” screen of the app for one of our 3 cameras. Both other cameras have the same configuration and have snapshots displayed. The camera view on the devices screen only says “press the live button to see your new camera in action”...although it’s not new and my wife’s shows it.

What Phone/Model/OS is she using?

 

What version of the app is she using as well?

She’s using an iPhone 8, 13.3 software. App version 2.12.1 (1909)...same version of the app as me. I have an iPhone X, software 13.3.

Have you tried to remove the camera from Settings > My Devices > Re-Add?
