Hello! Having an issue with the app for the first time. I have an iPhone 7 Plus. The app keeps me on the “arlo” ipage forever. I’ve tried restarting the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and reset network settings. Have no idea what’s wrong. Any suggestions? Thanks!

It sounds like it's an issue with the age of the phone/OS. Try the web client to see if that works. You can also try a newer phone or tablet.

The iPhone 7 Plus can run current iOS (15)

Yeah I have the current OS. It was just So sudden I have no idea…

Yeah my phone is old so could be? But I do have the current OS update.

Is this happening when trying on cellular data and/or WiFi? Also to try turning off VPN if you do have it enabled.
