Anyone had problems with the flat wide wire at the hinge creasing and breaking after a year?

Has anyone had problems with the flat wide wire at the hinge creasing and breaking after a year? We just had one snap in half and now another camera's wire seems to be fragile.  Does Arlo have a fix for this?

Open a case with support for a hardware warranty claim If out of warranty, you'll need to buy another camera.
