Alo Pro Cant access 7 days of recording only 6

I have 7 days of free recording for my Arlo Pro.  I started looking at the 7th day of the library but decided to sign on to the computer to see it more clearly. When I signed in the 7th day fropped off now I only see 6 days of recording. Any way to get the 7th day back.

I've seen other reports that sometimes the recordings are deleted a day early.  Once deleted, there is no way to get them back.

Best advice I can offer is to download anything you want to preserve right away, and review recordings more frequently than once a week.

Another path is to connect a USB thumb drive of at least 16 GB to your base (Assuming a VMB4xxx) and set up local storage.  Playback on the VMB4000 and VMB4500 requires ejecting the storage using the app, and connecting it to a PC for viewing.  But you will get more retention on the thumb drive than you get in the cloud.
