All batteries only show 32% charge.
These are brand new batteries.
The app shows only 32% charge no matter how long they are charged.
I've already removed and reinserted the batteries and cleaned the contact points in the cameras as well as the battery contact points, restarted the base station, logged out, closed the app, reopened the app, and logged in again.
Still the same results.
BTW, each camera shows it is charging when plugged in with the blinking blue lights as does the app show they are charging. The batteries have been charging for 24 hours.
I've also updated everything that had updates available and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Any suggestions?

I've also unplugged the base station and plugged it back in after 30 seconds.
The results are the same.
While it may be possible that ALL the brand new batteries are bad, it is unlikely.

I've also tried the app on Apple and Google products and various web browsers.
The results haven't changed.
The cameras work just fine, but no way to tell how much charge the batteries have.
Maybe it really is bad batteries.

Correction...
I am unable to view the cameras at my.arlo.com on cellphones.
It boots me out back to the log in screen every time I try to view the cameras there.
However, on a browser on a laptop, I can view the cameras and they show all the battery charges at 32%.

It gets complicated when you try using the mobile’s web browser to access the arlo website login page. On the desktop browser is what I was suggesting and you get 32%.
Can you tell me if you have a mobile device with the arlo mobile app installed and if it shows the same battery status % values?
The reasoning is that arlo previous had issues with the website login site not correctly reflecting the battery % values. It may have returned again.

Yes, no matter how I access the cameras, including via a desktop browser, the batteries only show 32% charge.
I put the batteries on a charger as well in case the USB charging on the cameras was faulty. The charger shows 100% charge on the batteries before being inserted into the cameras.

Is there any way to go back to the legacy app for android to see if the problem shows up there too?
Nevermind. I found the answer to that question already.
The answer is no.
I'm out of ways to troubleshoot the problem now.
It's either all the batteries are defective or something is wrong with arlo's software.

If you’re battery life is performing the same then it’s likely the software.
The new feed UI interface will likely take at least 6 months to debug going by passed history.

What can you do that I haven't already done? If the was a solution, between the person helping me and myself, we would have figured it out.
Your software isn't communicating with the base station and/or cameras as it is supposed to do.
If you hadn't ditched the previous app, I could have determined whether or not the app and/or your website are causing the issue.

Exactly the same issue with one of my 2 cameras. Just started in mid May 2023. Seems clear to me that it’s a Arlo SW issue. I tried the same troubleshooting steps as you. It does work and it IS charging but I have to live with the faulty error message and in my case the activity zones are disabled because camera thinks it’s not AC connected (but it is and battery is not discharging).
