The Arlo app is still not working on iphone

I saw about 3 months ago people were having issues with the Arlo app working on their iPhone.   Mine is still having the same problem how do I get this fixed?

What specific problem are you having?  Is it the one where you see no logon option on the app screen when you launch it?

Correct, the app comes up with a blue screen and the logo of the app but no login information.

The workaround is

  1. restart the phone
  2. put it into airplane mode (disabling both wifi and mobile data)
  3. launch the app
  4. when you get the internet connection, then take the phone out of airplane mode.

You should then be able to log in.
