All 4 of my arlo pro's freezes when using microphone or video

all 4 systems freeze.  If using microphone all connections freezes including the video and voice and this happens to all 4 of my arlo's.  all are updated on fw and 3 of them are new purchased too.

I you are using an app to view the cameras then try and use a web browser https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login instead to see if the problem goes away. If it does, then try and re-install your app.

If your using an Iphone X model then there are known issues with the app on these phones.
