Adding a new camera

My camera was faulty so you've sent me a new one.  I deleted my old camera, sync'ed my new one but I see no camera, it keeps asking me to "add device" which I've done several time, but it doesn't ask all the questions - e.g. location.  I know i'm doing some stupid, I just can't figure out what that is.  So, under devices, there is nothing.  I probably shouldn't have deleted everything, but I did.  As I recall there was a base station and camera before and not there is nothing.  Do I need to add the base station back in somehow?

Yes, if you deleted the base, go to   https://arlo.netgear.com/    using the old password/user name to access accoutnt., and use ADD DEVICE and add the base back

 

Once the base is back , and internet led is green, sync the cameras back

Yup, with the amazing support from Netgear, All is working well and I'm very happy with my system.
