My invited users used to be able to activate the siren on the base station, but now it is grayed out. Is there any way to have that functionality restored?

Can you try removing her granted access and recreate a new one for her with the sirens and cameras enabled along with access rights.

I deleted the user and resent the invite. When they tried to accept the invite it said we’re sorry the database server is down. Try again later.
It’s been a few times later and it still says it’s down. Is there something wrong with their system?
