Hi - I've had cameras installed for 2 1/2 years. Up until recently if I received an email notification (of movement) on my Window PC using my gmail account - I could click on the email (video) picture from the camera and it would take me directly to the Arlo video clip.
As of about a month or so ago - when I click on the picture in the email - instead of taking me directly to the video clip it always comes up that I need to sign in to the Arlo app. I haven't personally changed any settings - and don't see anywhere to set it to automatically open the video clip (like it use to).
I'm suspicious that this might have something to do with those random Windows updates they send out - but I'm at a loss as to what I need to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
