Ability to view video when remote

As a first time user of the Arlo system will I be able to view video remotely when not connected to my home wifi or will I have to rely on the snapshot images delivered by email and view stored video later when I can reconnect to wifi?

You can live view either from a pc (going to the arlo website) or via the app.
With the app, you need to make sure you have a connection to the internet (either via wifi or LTE). This can be done anywhere.
