ARLO PRO Subscription

I bought the Arlo Pro & Q kit from Amazon with 4 Arlo pro units and 2 q units. The system came with a basic subscription that only allows me to add only 5 of the 6 cameras. I have searched the Arlo sight and cant find how to upgrade my subscription because i want to add additional cameras in my house.

Please help!!!!

You have to be a first time user and use the appropriate model as listed on the box to set up all 6. Support may be able to help you but you may need to remove everything from Settings, My Devices and start fresh using a different email account. I haven't seen these kits but I'd assume that the enclosed directions would step you through the proper procedure to set this up properly.

Was this a bundle or an all in one kit from Amazon? What model number is shown on the box?
