Es una estafa comprar comprar este tipo de cámaras. Es imposible tener soporte directo de ARLO, tengo tres cámaras que compre en mayo 2021 y hasta la fecha no puedo usarlas.

¿Podría describir exactamente cuál es su problema con las cámaras? ¿Por qué no puede conectarlas? ¿Qué tipo de error obtiene al sincronizar?

To start with, how are you trying to connect your camera?

USER: Directly to Wi-Fi

BOT: ✔️ Make sure your mobile device is connected to the 2.4GHz network of your router.
✔️ Make sure you are using the correct Wi-Fi password.
BOT: ✔️ While installing, make sure the Arlo camera is near your router.

USER: My camera still isn't being discovered

BOT: During the installation, the Arlo App will have you scan a QR Code and listen for a chime from your camera.
BOT: Do you hear the chime sound when scanning the QR Code?

BOT: Is there any Wi-Fi filtering enabled on your router or modem?
Examples include: MAC Filtering, MAC Restrictions, DHCP Filtering, or Access Control
BOT: These type of filters or access control may prevent the camera from joining your Wi-Fi network.
Please contact your router manufacturer or ISP to disable filtering.
