Last month no issues. This month Differwnt story. I Paid for the Smart plan mutliple time they still not working. Now I have been over charged for something that doesnt Even Work. Need better customer service for this Product. Sheesh what a waste if money.

One minute the zones are there next time you Logon to App thera GONE!!! HELP....

New arlo update today version 2.16_27097. But hasn't fixed issue with activity zone disappearance on app!

Still Not working. I can see it sometimes on a computer. I can never see the zones on my phone. No iPhones. Says No updates needed

What version of the app are you on on the iphone? Newest version is as above. Maybe not released yet for IOS.

Are you able to see your Zones on computer? I'm not even getting the notifications for All my Arlos that I have a smart plan attached to. Just one out of 4 cameras react to the Smart Zones. smdh this is getting rediculous.

Iv not checked on the web portal. having just checked the app the activity zone has re appeared!
Lets see how long this last.

App is working for today. My zones are showing Up. Apple OSX, But still Not reacting to motion ONLY one camera is detecting anything, sending alerts and recording. Still not getting alerts ir recording from others i have paid for smart plans. I Have a camera set to detect motion and record, for a Momma duck who was preparing a hatch spot for eggs near our front deck. Needles to say its never worked and now she has laid 8 eggs. I been trying to set this Up before she laid any.

This system Definitely wont protect me if its this unreliable.

Lets see how long App works.

Bigdthep have you tried to re sync your camera that are not working. Or even cancel you subscription and re subscribe, setting it up again from scratch?
I had this issue long ago and i had to cancel sub and re subscribe.
Just a thought. You do get credited for the subscription fee that you havent used. So you dont lose out.

Amazing you mention that. Yes i have done All the above. Even say on phone with customer service for a hour or better. Which by the way, if they didnt have great customer service I would Cancell and return this. He taught me to troubleshoot using computer web to access Cameras. They were there on the web access but they were Not there on my iphone. They did refund some money. However IT IS STILL INTERMITTENTLY WORKING. Im about ready to just cancel now totally. Just not worth it at this Point. Did I mention the $60 in batteries. Or that I ordered the charger assuming the batteries it cane with were rechargeable. Too that off with its not detecting motion So GOD forbid anything happens it wont Detect and record.
