I recently renewed my contract back in July of this year 2017 and it is good until next year 2018 So why am I shut off on both my cameras they are ofline right now I need them turned back on immediatly.

Even if your subscription extension didn't go through the cameras would still be online - you'd just have the free 7 day plan.  There's nothing that would turn your cameras off or disable them.

 

What are the LEDs on the base showing? Have you power cycled the base?

This could be due to depleted batteries, have you tried charging the camera?
