1 or 2 cameras will not detect/record motion

I think I have the Arlo Pro. The system came with two cameras and rechargeable batteries. My system was working great, now only one camera is able to be activated I can switch back and forth but I cannot get both to activate at the same time. Thank you for any help!

Does the camera work manually under the live view page screen ?

If it does, it sounds like the modes got messed up some how... remove device( in settings ) on the troubled camera and bring it back as new...this will rebuild the modes

Yes both cameras work fine I can live view from both cameras. My issue is only one camera senses motion or audio. I can select which camera census video or audio and then sends an alert. But for some reason both cameras do not stay active at the same time no matter what mode only one at a time is able to detect video movement or audio sounds and then alert me. I hope this helps

When you have the camera set to the default "Armed" mode, what does the running man icon look like on your "My Devices" screen? A black running man will indicate the camera is armed, a gray running man will indicate disarmed.
