1 of 4 Arlo Pro cameras won't detect motion - audio yes, but not motion

One of the four Arlo Pro cameras in the set that I just installed won't detect motion.  The other three are working fine.  I've tried removing and adding the device and battery in and out.  It detects audio but not video.  Any suggestions?

Have you got motion zones enabled for it?
