VMD4000 not sync to Pro5S

I am trying to connect my new Pro5S 2K cameras to the hub VMD4000 but not able to be found, please advise how to connect my new cameras

Start with rebooting your base and maybe resetting the cameras.

There has been a number of problems revolving around the VMB4000 base recently for some reason - perhaps this is one of them. I suppose you could just connect the cameras to your WiFi instead of the base unless you choose to buy a new SmartHub (I'd suggest the VMB4540).
