I have spent countless hours on the new app trying to schedule an individual exterior camera. I am trying to get it to go to standby automatically at 9AM and then back to Armed Home at 5PM. Any ideas? Just when I think I have it solved, the camera continues to trigger movement alerts during the day. The old app was way more intuitive. 😩

By the way, am I correct in assuming that the automation scheduling will control all cameras on the same network? Is there a way to schedule cameras separately while they are on the same network? Just in case I want one on Arm Home while another is in standby.
Arm Away, Arm Home, and Standby are system modes, not camera modes. The rules in those modes determine what cameras are armed when those modes are activated. If a rule for a camea isn't included in the mode, then that camera is disarmed when that mode is in use.
With three modes, you have three combinations of cameras that you can choose in the scheduling automations. But if you use all three modes in the schedule, you will not be able to just switch to Arm Array when you leave on a trip - even if Arm Away arms all the cameras. You'd also need to disable the schedule automations to keep the schedule from kicking in.

Can you post screen shots of your two automations?

Hi Stephen. Thanks for your prompt reply. I have also disabled Arm Away.
Here you go.

These should trigger as long as the system isn't put into "Arm Away" (either manually or via a geofencing automation).
Have you double-checked that there are no camera rules in "Standby"? (By default there aren't, but it is possible that you modified standby at some point along the way).

I don’t think so but I’ll have a look. Yesterday afternoon I manually disabled Arm Away. The camera went in to Standby this morning as scheduled so I think it’s all good. By the way, am I correct in assuming that the automation scheduling will control all cameras on the same network? Is there a way to schedule cameras separately while they are on the same network? Just in case I want one on Arm Home while another is in standby.
