I purchased two Pro5 in October of 2024.  After dealing with foggy lens' in May, I now have one that has a steady red light on it.  I have removed the battery, then put it back, and it does not resolve the issue.  I also removed the device from my account and then reinstalled it, and it does not resolve the issue.  I only see information on a flashing red light.  The steady red light drains the battery.  

I had three Pro 3's prior to this and they never gave me any problems.  I am becoming very frustrated with the Pro 5's.  How do I fix this?  Or how do I return for warranty?

Did you try the hardware reset - opening the housing, and pressing the sync button inside until the camera flashes amber (~15 sec)?  Not sure if you will see the normal blue flash at the beginning - if not, hold down the button for 20 seconds (to be safe), and see if that resolves it.

 

Best to fully charge the battery before you do this.
