When I view at night, feed seems fine.  The moment I activate spotlight, it freezes. Same deal, three different pro 5s. Connected to hub, 2g frontier with eeros.

I am seeing Pro 3 and Pro 4 on the account, but not any Pro 5. Can you please provide what camera you are seeing this behavior on? Also, are you on an iOS device or an Android? Have you tried to reset one of the cameras and see if the behavior changes. Can you send a short video of the behavior you are seeing?

Hi Brooke, I have 2 hubs. One is caalled TreeHouse, the other is called CaddyShack. The CaddyShack is what I’m referring to - username I’m on iOS. I’ll try to get a vid.
