Pro 5s can't connect after resetting router

i have had to reset my router as gotne to fibre but i can't connect my pro5s cameras now

Make sure they are fully charged - they will drain power fairly quickly when they are trying to reconnect.

 

If you haven't reset the cameras (or removed them from your account), then I suggest setting the wifi network name and password to match what you were using before.

 

If you have removed them from your account, you can do a hardware reset.  Open the housing, and press the button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (about 15 seconds).  Then try the install again.  Also, sometimes using my.arlo.com on a PC works when the app fails.
