Have 4 new 5s 2k cameras, connected thru hub. Problem is that 3 of the 4 work properly and record motion events. The 4th only takes snap shot and does not record video. Have swapped cameras around and the problem follows the camera.
It does not matter if activity zones are enabled or not. All firmware is up to date
Have tried motion detection test and the camera sees the area fine, it even sends notice of motion detected - it just never records the motion.

Added note - reviewing sit settings the "Devices with a Trial" list only shows 3 of the 4 cameras, the one that does not work is NOT in that list. No information I can find on how to add the last camera to the list. Nothing says the trial is limited to only 3 cameras.

Cameras installed less than one week. Have removed battery, reset camera, removed from list and reinstalled. Still shows up with only three on trial.

Try contacting Arlo support using the support center. You'll need to pick a camera that is in the trial to reach them, and then explain the problem. Chat will put you through a bot first, so you could move directly to phone support.
