Pro 5S quit detecting motion and recording

I have 2 Pro 5S cameras and they worked fine for a few months and now they do not detect motion and record. I have 4 of the Pro 2 that are working great connected through a dash station. The 2 new Pro 5S cameras are with a subscription and connect to my network just fine. They were great, but suddenly, both just stopped detecting motion and recording. I can still get live view. So it does not appear to be a camera view issue. I have restarted one of them and it does not appear to fix the problem.

From reading other posts, it sounds like a firmware issue. Has this been resolved and/or is it being resolved?

Check your subscription status to verify that the cameras are shown as being included. If you have a legacy subscription, you may want to unsubscribe from that and purchase a current one.
