I have Arlo Pro 4 and just bought a Arlo Pro 5 as an upgrade.
Both cameras are one beside each other with completely same setup. Arlo Pro 5 doesn’t recognise all motions and is not recording them. Is there any fix for this or I need to return them before is too late?
testing them for over 2 weeks is multiple different areas of the house.

Immediately next to each other may be an issue since the radios can interfere with each other. Separate them by 3-5 feet.
Have you checked the settings for motion detection for both cameras? In the new user interface you're using, this is typically done in each camera's settings under Default Mode Settings. Ensure the cameras are viewing the same area. Turn off activity zones (since the servers may be deleting videos) or at least make them equivalent. Screenshots of each camera's view may be useful.
It's also possible that the physical differences (the electronics, etc. inside the cameras) is making a difference. Testing is needed to get the best results.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, they are separated and they are pointing to the same area and all settings are completely same. The issue is that only the Arlo Pro 5 fails. Never Pro 4

Are activity zones in use? If so, remove them on the Pro 5 to see what happens. I'd still like to see the individual screenshots of each camera's view.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

I tried all 3 Pro 5 cameras that I purchased, in different areas of my house with same setup as my old Pro 4. All Pro 5 are missing action once in a while.

Have you tried adjusting the sensitivity/Motion detection of the Devices at a higher value? I usually start at 100% and work down.
