Further to my post on 2024-09-07, I am losing battery charge quickly when device is 'off' and 'offline'.  When in this state, the red lights intermittently turn on, accompanied by clicking sound.   Over 4-5 hours, I can lose 3-4% of charge.  I have done several tests and, strangely, when the device is 'On', I can let it run overnight (in exactly the same location) and it stays charged at 100% and works as expected.

In looking through the Community board, this seems very similar to that described by Shammy in 2018-05-14. Topic: "Infrared light comes on when camera is off causing rapid battery drain", even though this post was for a different device.

A disconnected camera from the hub or router will start draining the battery since the camera is trying to restore that connection. However, the IR LEDs (red) wouldn't cause that much drain compared to the WiFi connection. I can't be sure but the camera could be rebooting itself or performing some process causing the LEDs to turn on although I've never seen that. It could be that the camera is faulty or the connection to your hub or router has an issue (nearby wireless devices that also uses the 2.4GHz band causing interference?) so I would try either swapping cameras around to see what happens of bring the camera closer to your hub/router for testing.
