I've added 4 new cameras and none of them will record.

It might be good to try Arlo Phone Support (using the support center in the app).
Though you could first try removing one of the problem cameras from the account and then adding it back, just to see if anything changed.

Have you tried making a manual recording while livestreaming? (If you have 2K streaming enabled, you'll need to disable it in order to try this test).
Have you checked your Arm Away and Arm Home modes - looking to see if there are rules there for your new cameras?

All I get are notifications that there has been motion but no recordings to view.

It sounds like your new cameras are not in a subscription plan.

Is there a new plan I need to subscribe with? What are my plan options?

Options and pricing depend on your location, so go to www.arlo.com and look the plan features offered in your area.
What subscription plan do you have now?
Have you looked at what cameras are in that plan?

My plan is plus unlimited and all 22 cameras are listed on the plan. All cameras record except the 4 new ones. They are listed on the plan like the older cameras.

Ok.
Have you checked the modes you are using, and looked at the rules for the new cameras?

Did they ever record?
What happens when you try to make a manual recording?
Did you go into the Feed Settings, and make sure that the new cameras aren't excluded by the Feed Filters?

First, disable 2K livestreaming if you previously enabled it.
Then livestream the camera. You'll briefly see an icon that looks like a target in the bottom center of the stream. Touch it, and the recording will start (and the center dot in the target will turn red). Touch it again to stop the recording.

Thanks very much for your help. Currently I'm not in the same town with as the cameras. However, I did previously check re-added all the cameras to the account. Only the older cameras would record. The new cameras only sent notification and never recorded.
