Image quality is blurry

Is it zoomed all the way out?

Yes it is zoomed out.  I' ve always cleaned the lens.

When you livestream, does it clear up after a bit?  Or does it just stay blurry?

Yes it was during live-streaming as well.  But I figured out a solution.  I'm guessing there was moisture in it and I left in my house for 24+hours and now it's fine.   Thanks for responding
