To be clear, the camera doesn't "hook up to your phone". You do use either the phone or a computer to add it to your account. But the camera is either connecting to the internet through an Arlo Hub, or it is connecting directly to the internet through your home wifi.
Do you see the ability to add a Pro 5s camera when you go into the Arlo Secure App and then go to the devices screen and press the "+" sign at the top?
