Why does this keep happening?  Only on my Pro 5 cameras.  Happens on home WIFI and on Basestation.  And I have many different camera models, with no issue.

I reboot the Pro 5 camera and it starts working again for a few days, then goes back to this.

Usually this is caused by packet loss on the Pro 5 wifi connection.  But it could also be a failure in the compression hardware of the camera.

Try swapping the camera with another one, and see if the problem follows the camera or whether it instead stays with the location.

I have 2 Pro 5 cameras and both do the same thing.  This isnt limited to 1 camera hardware problem.  Both have the problem and seem to have the same symptoms.  this is a bug.

Have you tried moving one of the cameras closer to the wifi source? (hub or router).

If you are using an Arlo Hub, what is the model?
