Connection problem

Hi,

I recently purchased the Arlo Pro 5 2K, but I haven't been able to connect it to my network successfully. I have tried connecting to the 2.4 GHz network and have turned off the VPN, but it still doesn’t work. Could you check which steps I may have missed and help identify the problem?

You may want to try resetting the camera:

Make sure your WiFi has no special characters, including spaces, for the SSID and password. Also ensure the encryption is set to use WPA2 (AES).
