Can't Change Settings on My Pro5S 2K Camera

I can't change the settings on my Pro 5S 2K, in particular the field of view size and the activity zone, but I suspect it's any setting. Also, when I have the mode on Standby or Arm Away, my Pro5S 2K still videos, whereas my two Pro 3 cameras switch to Standby or Arm Away. In other words, it seems my Pro5S 2K is just hooked up and running at all times with, I'm assuming, default settings that can't be changed. My Pro 3's are paired to the Arlo Hub Base Station, whereas, my Pro5S 2K is connected to my WiFi. Could that be the difference?

Did you install the camera to this account?  Or are you accessing the camera from a shared "friend" account?

Did you check the rules in the modes?
