I want to add a new Pro 5SK model VMC4060P-100NAS to my existing Smart Hub. I have 3 Pro 3's already.  While adding it, I got to the section where my camera reads the QR code and chimes. After it chimes I hit next button where it tries to connect to my Smart HUB but is unable to do so. I've not been successful using the chat option or getting a human on the phone for help. Any suggestions other than factory reset?

IIRC, the Pro5 defaults to using your Home WIFI.  You'll have to click the "Connect using SmartHub/Base Station" that is in small print at the bottom of the screen to avoid using Home WIFI.

 

You shouldn't hear the chime if connecting to SmartHub, the Hub will scan for it if the camera is in Sync mode.

 

I have an older base station, but that's how it worked for me.
