Is 52 mbps enough bandwidth for Arlo Pro 5s 2k?

Yes, but what matters here is the upload bandwidth, and most ISPs advertise the download bandwidth.

 

So check it with speedtest.net - or better still with the free Ookla speedtest app on your phone.  Test it at the desired camera location, and turn off mobile data to make sure you are testing wifi speed.
