someone reversed into my car on the drive, checked my Arlo camera, guess what, it hasn't recorded for the last 3 days, is there someway to retrieve this lost data?

Reset the camera and recording again, help

If it was offline or somehow stuck in a non-recording mode there are no recordings to recover. I've had that happen with my doorbells every so often and, like you, a reboot of the camera or hub fixes it.
