Arlo Pro 5S 2K not using 2K on live streaming. Mac O/S

I have four Arlo Pro 5S 2K cameras. All of them seemed to set up properly.  When I go to “live” streaming one of them does not show 2K in the upper left corner.  Is there a setting I have wrong?  Also, does this mean it is not using 2K when it records? I restarted all of them, and that didn’t help.

Try downloading one of the recordings to a PC and examine the resolution there.

With Windows, you can right-click and select properties.  Then go to the "Details" tab, and look at frame height and frame width.  2K has width=2560 and height=1440

If "Auto Zoom & Tracking" is turned on, recordings and livestreaming will revert to 1080p.

Thanks for the helpful responses.  The best solution was to do a hard reset of the device.  It is working fine now.
